    • Phase 2 : Commercialization
      • Developing commercialization technologies in direct connection with product manufacturing and sales and supporting commercialization activities.
      • (Fund support) Maximum 4 billion WON per project for 2 years
        • Attending companies shall be supported for the business cost according to (Operational rule for Knowledge and Economy innovative Business ( (scheduled to be notified on Jan. 2009)
        • Providing favor scores in Phase 2 according to evaluation results for pre-planning phase (Phase 1)
      • (Targeted companies) Consortiums attended by Industry-Academy-Research institute related to companies whose technologies are to be commercialized (Over 40% of organizations in Daedeok Special Zone need to attend consortiums)
        • Research institutes, universities and other organizations such as institutes, associations and companies according to Provision 11 of ( Enforcement Ordinance for promoting industrial technology innovation law (
    • Developing commercialization technologies for the Special Zone
      • Supporting commercialization technologies and co-development with foreign R&D centers such as research companies, holding companies for new technology-based companies institutes, researcher´s venture firms based on superior technologies within research institutes and universities.
      • (Fund support) Maximum 200 million WON per project for 1 years
        • Attending companies shall be supported for the business cost according to (Operational rule for Knowledge and Economy innovative Business ( (scheduled to be notified on Jan, 2009)
      • (Targeted companies) Consortiums attended by Industry-Academy-Research institute related to companies whose technologies are to be commercialized (The presiding company needs to be located within the Research and Development Special Zone)
